The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of the sprayable solvent adhesives space, including key distribution channels, market players and end users.  You will be responsible for leveraging our core product lines and value propositions to drive profitable revenue growth.

Both technically and commercially competent you will be completely comfortable working in a matrix organisation, leveraging, aligning and communicating with local and international Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing stakeholders.

This role requires solution selling skills with technical know-how, influencing internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels within organisations to develop and drive organic growth.

PRIMARY DUTIES

·      Market Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to support the successful introduction and expansion of canister & aerosol adhesives in Australia and New Zealand.

·      Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets. 

·      Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, and industry networking.

·      Prospecting and developing business opportunities through both existing and new customers.

·      Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to show the value of canister and aerosol spray systems over traditional methods.

·      Demand Planning, forecasting and inventory management: Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure forecast requirements are in place to meet the needs of the business and our customers.

·      Record and timely updates of all customer activity and new business opportunities in our CRM platform (Salesforce)

·      Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, industrial distributors, and corporate clients. Ensure channel partners and customers view H.B. Fuller as their partner of choice.

·      Contract Negotiations. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and framework agreements.

·      Managing prices, price increases and pricing strategies.

·      Sales and technical support for all Account Managers in the ANZ region.

·      Participation in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

·      Deliver internal and external product range trainings.

·      Represent the brand at national trade shows, field days, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.

·      Monitor local and international industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

·      Support the wider international organisation as an Subject Matter Expert to help develop sprayable adhesive sales in other regions. This could require some international travel from time to time.
