Position Title: Lab Technician I NA

Position Overview: The R&D Technician is responsible for providing support to team scientists, assisting on NPI products verification, and the corresponding tests. This position may support sales and QC team for customer complaint investigation on some occasions.

Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians and scientists in setting up experiments and gathering data.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated.
• Record experimental data accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Junior college or above in chemistry related majors
• 3-5 years of lab experience, preferably in Chemical Industry
• Valid drivers licence, willingness to travel occasionally
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interaction with internal and external customers, ability and willingness to work in a team environment (multinational)
• Good PC skills in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
