Position Title: Sales Professional

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Position Overview

To develop and execute sales strategy for his territory by identifying opportunities, creating sales pitch and providing technical expertise and maintaining and developing strategic account to achieve business target.  

Primary Duties

  • Identify opportunities and develop plans to win.

  • Provide technical expertise to customers.

  • Maintain close relationship with customers and key accounts.

  • Work closely with finance and operation team to improve AR and Inventory.

  • Discover new opportunity in covered regions and seize new business via value selling.

  • Improve customer satisfaction and increase value of H.B. Fuller.

  • Collaborate with technical department and technical service to achieve budget for business in the assigned sales area.

  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly business sales report, project update report and sales forecast on a timely basis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline.

  • At least 3 years of experience as Sales Executive, preferably in industrial sales.

  • Good understanding on technical knowledge in paper, tape & label, food & beverage or adhesive industry will be beneficial.

  • Experienced working in an MNC environment will be an added advantage.

  • Willing to travel; possess a valid driving license.

  • Language proficiency: English and Thai

  • Attitude: Accountable, independent, self-starter, proactive, customer oriented and a team player.

  • Computer literacy and good negotiation skills.
