POSITION OVERVIEW

This position responsible for Auto business development in Southeast Asia. This position should working together with global team and regional team to develop Auto market and build 5 years business plan, this position need manage and build sales channel, develop key account in SEA.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Formulate business strategy and make business development plan for Auto markets.

Set up and check target for all new business opportunity.

Working together with Global and regional team to manage existing sales channel and develop new sales channel.

Executive the business plan and increase market share of HB fuller in the market, responsible for the budget of sales revenue and margin

Seeking new project within existing market and customer

Developing and set up new product line for existing and new market .

Hold monthly project meeting with Global team and R&D team.

Develop sales tool and TCO model for identified new market and new product Prepare presentation and value proposal when visit some key new target customer together with sales.

Building good relationship with OEM (include machine supplier, material supplier, buyer..) and have total solution capability to the end customer

Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion.

Understand the skills and qualities you bring to your business.

Develop a situation analysis of your company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.

Working together with R&D and technical service team to deliver regular service, trouble shooting.

And he also lead team to create value of H.B. Fuller product and give the whole solution to the customer

Other assignments as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree,
  • He/she should be bilingual (Chinese/English)
  • At least 5-10 years working experience for sales and marketing area in Auto business.
  • Good and fluent speaking and writing English.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Value selling mind set .
