Position Title: Product Manager, Automotive
Location:Beijing/Shanghai/Suzhou/Nanjing, China – Onsite

Position Overview:

The Product Manager drives product profitability and growth by executing strategic roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and meet market demands. This role focus' on delivering impactful product strategies, optimizing processes, and creating value through research, content development, and stakeholder engagement to ensure operational excellence and achieves business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Asia and global automotive market to implement the global product portfolio strategy;

  • Expand the automotive market, explore new opportunities and applications, formulate targeted strategies for segmented markets, and promote the implementation of recommended strategies.

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to improve profitability and achieve revenue goals;

  • Manage the product lifecycle in supporting product launches and sampling,

    leading product changes, product classification, product compliance;

  • Product complexity management as well as profitability improvement, whilst establishing the collaboration & cooperation with R&D, Operation, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Product Regulatory to support business growth with lower cost and reporting any risks.

MinimumRequirements:

• Bachelors or University degree with at least 3 years of experience in a product management, commercial, marketing or communications type of role in a business or agency environment. preferred OR 
    • Associates degree with at least 5 years of related work experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools, advanced Excel, and data analysis skills.
    • Proficiency in business tools such as FLIP, BI, and SAP.
    • Strong data management and interpretation abilities.
    • Understanding of P&L fundamentals and balance sheet profitability.
    • Ability to consolidate and present data in clear, actionable formats.
    • Expertise in project management and organizational skills.
    • Market research and trend monitoring capabilities.
