Major responsibility

支持开发工程师优化现有产品和开发新产品来满足客户的需求 [30%]；

Support the research scientist to develop new products or improve the existing products to meet the internal / external customer’s requirements.

可以根据作业指导书独立进行放大及小规模生产工作 [30%]；

Independently plan and conduct of pilot trials and small scale production by following general directions;

具有独立进行化学合成的能力，可以为内部和外部合作提供新产品 [30%]；

Independently carry out chemical synthesis for new products for the internal and external cooperation；

EHS和道德: 遵守履行部门EHS的职责，以及公司道德合规要求 [10%]

EHS & Morals: Comply with EHS responsibilities and company ethical compliance requirements [10%].

任职要求

Post requirements

• 学历要求：硕士及上学历，有机化学、高分子化学及化学相关专业，博士优先。
• Educational background: Master's degree or above, organic chemistry, polymer science or related chemistry speciality，PHD preferred
• 工作经验要求：很强的有机合成背景，3年以上有机合成经验优先
• Working experience: Strong organic synthesis background, 3 years’ organic synthesis experience or above are preferred
• 英语精通，可作为工作语言，有跨国企业经历或海外留学经验优先
• Working language is English, multinational enterprise or overseas study are priority
• 对化学品法律法规有一定的了解
• Understand chemistry related laws and regulations
• 对粘合剂行业有所了解，有在行业的工作经验优先，欢迎优秀的应届毕业生
• Understanding about adhesive industry, related working experience are priority，welcome the fresh graduates
