Primary Duties:

·导热基础平台建设，包括粉体复配和表面改性- 20%

·把握导热有机硅材料发展趋势，紧跟市场需求- 15%

·针对公司目标市场，制定技术路线- 15%

·解决现有导热产品面临的问题，包括配方、生产、包装、客户应用等- 15%

·根据业务需求，深入理解客户应用，开发新产品；团队配合完成客户审核- 15%

·导热团队人才培养- 20%

Minimum Requirements：

·化学或材料专业硕士及以上学历

·不低于10年的导热材料开发经验

·有带领研发团队经验

·良好的英语读写能力

·良好的交流沟通能力
