Position Title：Scientist

Location：Beijing，China

PRIMARY DUTIES

This is a lab bench position
•Ability to complete simple projects independently & analyze results
•Present tech info at internal team meetings
•Knowledge of the raw materials used in the development of chemical products & ability qualify alternatives in your core area & learn impact of RMs in formulas outside core area
•Knowledge of product application & equipment.
• Basic knowledge on quality tools & ability to learn & apply them .
•Knowledge of SAP & ability to enter formulas
•Ability to learn about customer complaints & QNs
•Ability to develop plans for research projects or product development programs with oversight from supervisor
•Proactively collaborate with peers and support development, sharing, and testing of new ideas with the a team
•Knowledge of Intellectual Property basics & ability to document data in way that can be used for IP (patents/trade secrets).
• Visit our plants and/or regional labs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
B.S. + 1 year of experience; MS + 0 years
B.A. degree or international equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related subject
