Position Title: Strategic Account Manager — Construction Adhesives
Location: Benelux Region — Remote with Travel
Position Overview:
As a Strategic Account Manager for the Construction Adhesives division, you will serve as the primary contact for key customers in the Benelux market. You’ll develop and execute strategic account plans, drive growth, and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their needs and aligning solutions that deliver value and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow H.B. Fuller's Construction Adhesives market share.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Drive sales targets, optimize pricing, and ensure profitability.
Utilize value-based selling techniques and strategic negotiation tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Provide insights on market trends and position H.B. Fuller as a trusted advisor.
Allocate time to uncover and develop large growth opportunities.
Ensure seamless execution of sales processes and tools to maximize performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 5 years’ industrial sales experience in the Construction Adhesives sector (marketing or technical backgrounds considered).
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel based on territory needs.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Fluent or native Dutch speaker (preferred).
