POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production operator reports to the Production line supervisor.

PRIMARY DUTIES
•    Follow all EHS standards and safety procedures 
•    Wear the required PPE equipment inside the production halls based on the requirement of every area
•    Follow the Quality polices and the procedures
•    Follow the 5S standards
•    Achieve yearly deliverables according to target.
•    Following the different working Instructions in all the activities.
•    Implement all regulation and requirements related to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
•    Ensure all documents are available, followed and updated according ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
•    Ensure all documents are available, followed and updated according ISO standard.
•    Comply with the yearly training plan,
•    Ensure the SAP system always updated with our daily production in time.
•    Ensure following the cost saving programs in the shop floor if required.
•    Support site in the internal and external quality audits. 
•    Ensure that all corrective actions from customers claim, internal audits and QFR related to production department are done effectively and in time.
•    Maintain accurate and complete production data through close follow up on MO’s, shop floor orders, production checklists, and shift sheet and maintenance requests.

Minimum Requirements 
•    [High technical school/ high technical institute – technical background]
•    Arabic good written and verbal communication skills.
•    Accepted computer skills. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•    Technical background holds a good estimate.
