Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: 6th October City, Cairo
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in 6th October City, Cairo to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. This role oversees raw material storage, inventory accuracy, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets and maintain performance KPIs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver warehouse KPIs aligned with manager targets
- Maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards
- Monitor adherence to defined processes and procedures
- Review LL01 twice weekly and resolve issues
- Achieve 99.98% inventory accuracy and 98% location accuracy
- Execute biweekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventory
- Oversee storage, distribution, and stock record accuracy
- Supervise team workload planning, reporting, and equipment readiness
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Windows tools
- Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 3+ reports
- Authorized to work locally and meet health clearance requirements
Preferred Requirements
- Certification in warehouse operations or forklift handling
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven problem-solving
- Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions
