Hourly Rate: $20.50 / hour
We are currently hiring for all 3 shifts:
1st shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd shift - 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd shift - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Preparation of raw materials and packaging: identifying & preparing the right quantities and transport them to the appropriate production area, reporting any deviation from normal, note start and finish of process
• Operating processing equipment in line with process instructions and procedures
Monitors equipment, keeping processes running at desired run rates.
Complete the initial testing and release of products in order to ensure that there are no deviations to specifications
Check labels & packaging material, ensure correct labeling following the existing rules and instructions
Packaging the final products in accordance with instructions and HBF quality standards
Carry out all operations in compliance with the expected Quality Standards and Operating procedures of HBF and Respecting all legal and company EHS-rules.
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Strong problem solving and process improvement skills
Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, percentages, weighing, measuring, and weight conversion
Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written directions
Basic computer skills, perform basic data entry accurately
Participate on & contribute to Team Projects
Ability to walk,
Use hands grasp, pull/push and lift
Stretch and reach with arms extended
Bend at the waist and knees
Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, alone
Lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance
Possess effective communication
