Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in meeting production goals. This role drives continuous improvement and supports a collaborative team environment. The position reports to the Production Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality standards
Implement production schedules aligned with customer demand
Monitor performance metrics and resolve inefficiencies
Ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures
Maintain quality control across all production lines
Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations
Promote cross-training for operational flexibility
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years in manufacturing or production leadership
Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Requirements
Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
EH&S compliance experience in production settings
5+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ years in leadership
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $70,000 to $75,000/yr based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
