Job Description


To develop and implement business plans for Hygiene market to ensure objectives and budgets are met, the regional focus will be west and south China. The position can be located in Chengdu or Chongqing or Guizhou.


  1. Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility.
  2. Identify and satisfied customers needs and provide value-added solutions so that new business can be gained or lost ones recovered.
  3. Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers.
  4. Provide technical service, including trouble-shouting and application training, on-site to customers.
  5. Support customers in trials, orders, and daily uses of HB Fuller products.
  6. Provide accurate forecast of customer demand on different products to operations on time.
  7. Collect all payments when they’re due; Help financial dept. to control credits to customers so that no bad debts occur.
  8. Work with other machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them.
  9. Others as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree with good English skills;
  2. At least 5+ years working experience with chemical, 3+ sales experience in Industrial market field; Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets.
  3. Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable
  4. Strong drive to excel
  5. Value selling mind set
