Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Location: Chongqing, China

Primary Duties:

1. 设备管理职责 [10%]

1.1参与制定、完善设备管理各项规章制度，参与制定公司年度检修，维保计划、保养计划并遵照执行；

1.2进行设备问题、隐患查找、问题分析、预防及解决，配合进行设备管理工作；

1.3对所属设备进行定期巡检、点检，及时发现和消除隐患；

2.废水处理职责[40%]

2.1负责废水、废气等环保设备的巡检、维护；

2.2负责生产废水、生活废水的处理和达标排放，送样分析及异常处理；

2.3负责废水、废气等环保设备的养护、耗材更换、在线监测系统的运行监控；

3. 维修维护及具体职责[40%]

3.1对设备进行预防性维护、确保设备良好运行；配合设备工程师建立备品备件清单并实施管理；

3.2根据公司规定参与安全管理及落实隐患治理；

3.3根据安排完成设备抢修、维修工作并满足维修标准及规程；

3.4根据职责分工对废水处理系统进行维护，维修，改造；

3.5 完成改善项目的实施；

4. 其他职责[10%]

4.1配合电工、仪表工程师完成相关工作；

4.2负责改善项目的配合实施；

4.3协助培训设备、维护保养知识，支持并推动TPM活动开展；

4.4负责责任区的5S工作；

4.5安全管理所需执行或推行的事项；

4.6领导交办的其他工作；

Minimum Requirement：

1.高中及以上学历；
2.有2年以上设备维修管理经验，废水处理经验；
3.有低压电工证的优先考虑；
4.有化工行业经验优先，能适应化工行业工作环境。
