Position Title: Safety Engineer

Position Location: Chongqing, China

Primary Duties:

1. 负责电子作业票审批,参与现场危险作业监管；
2. 推进安全生产标准化和ISO 45001职业健康与安全管理体系；
3.负责公司Near miss 事件报告，STOP卡统计分析；
4. 组织或实施安全培训；
5.组织危险源辨识，隐患排查；
6. 现场安全巡查并形成报告，追踪整改；
7. 维护政府监管平台公司安全部分；
8. 定期参与应急值班；
9. 承包商监管。

Minimum Requirements：
1、教育水平：本科及以上学历,化工或安全相关专业优先；
2、经验：4年以上化工企业管理工作经验，精细化工行业优先；
3、专业技能：
3.1 中级注册安全工程师（化工方向，必须）
3.2 了解ISO45001/安全标准化 等体系的相关知识；

3.3 熟悉精细化工行业安全、消防法律法规；
3.4 良好的沟通及谈判技巧；
3.5 工作有计划性并能按计划完成工作，有分析解决问题的能力；
3.6 能够以结果为导向，工作有计划性并能按计划完成工作；
3.7 能看懂英文资料，能用英文写报告；
4、价值观：
4.1 有较强的团队协作能力；
4.2 有较强的责任感；
4.3 有一定的驱动力
