Key Responsibilities

  • Support creation and deployment of the HR agenda for the business withinAustralia & New Zealand
  • Deploy global/standardized HR policies in partnership with local functionalleaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the followingareas: organizational design, succession planning, career management,performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with first line leaders to support and define the cultural,engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans in a
  • Manufacturing setting
  • Provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to first line leaders,primarily at the Manager level.
  • Support key projects and deliverables as determined by the BU & HRLeadership.
  • Understand the pulse of teams and provide real time insights intoengagement calendars
  • Independently investigate and report out any matter of concerns raised inthe organization
  • Educate, guide and support implementation of H B Fuller policies in rightspirit by each manager.
  • Champion employee cause and uphold HB Fuller values in allorganizational initiatives
  • Partner with the Shared Services Talent Acquisition team to Drive sourcingof high caliber profiles through use of multiple platforms,
  • Ensure post offer engagement with candidates, smooth onboarding &induction and maintaining employee information
  • Ensure timely and error free payroll process execution for Weekly &Monthly paycycles.
  • Ensure compliance to all provisions of the EBA and FWA legislation for H.B.Fuller
  • Capture process data and generate insights into effectiveness of HRProcesses.
  • Develop periodical reports and dashboard for communicating health of HRpriorities

About you

  • Must have Tertiary qualification in HR or an equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience as a HR Generalist in a complex operationalenvironment.
  • Previous experience within a highly industrialized or unionized industrysuch as manufacturing, engineering, construction, transport, mining,utilities, or similar
  • Clear and concise communication skills, internally and externally, virtualand face-to-face
  • Handles sensitive information with integrity and gains trust quickly
  • Ability to influence business stakeholders
  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to achieve consensus
  • Deep understanding of functional area, including legal issues
