Role Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-onMarketing Managerfor ourIndustrial Adhesivesbusinesses. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimising product line and marketing initiatives that drive profitable revenue growth across our ANZ industrial adhesives portfolio.
YourB2B Industrial Marketing expertise and experience will be well regarded
Reporting to the Managing Director – ANZ, you’ll ensure the right products reach the right customers, at the right price and margin levels, and through the right channels. This role partners closely with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Global teams to deliver strong product-market alignment and commercial outcomes located at our Dandenong South facility.
Primary Duties
This role will be involved in a variety of responsibilities, including:
Product Line Management
Act as the key gatekeeper for assigned product lines
Partner with global business, technical, product line, supply chain, regulatory, and marketing teams to identify and address portfolio gaps and growth opportunities
Manage and optimise existing product lines, identifying rationalisation and profit-enhancement opportunities
Lead the extension and creation of new product SKUs within the portfolio
Act as project lead for Stage-Gate–driven innovation projects
Manage projects related to product technical support requests
Track and report sales performance of new products and ROI of technical service initiatives
Support new technology localisation initiatives across the regional footprint
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to recommend products for in-house manufacture or outsourcing
Work directly with Sales and external customers to demonstrate new product technologies in the field
Support the creation of new digital and web content
Pricing
Support the commercial team in managing and updating pricing and price segmentation within pricing tools
Support price increase initiatives through high-quality data, insights, and tactical recommendations
Develop value proposition materials and sales tools that support a value-selling and price-optimisation mindset
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–7+ years’ experience in marketing
Demonstrated product line management experience
Core Capabilities
Strong commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to apply time management and statistical analysis techniques

Technical & Systems
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong computer skills with advanced capability in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to accurately enter and manipulate data while maintaining a low error rate
Desirable
Technical experience in industrial adhesives
SAP experience
Experience using digital marketing tools: LinkedIn, Web Design.
Experience working in a global or matrixed team environment
Physical Environment
Office, laboratory, and production environments (PPE may be required)
