Quality Control Technician

1)      Independently complete the training for new employees.
Independently fulfill performance test for finished goods. 

2)      Actively participate in the training organized by the supervisor, and put forward opinion for the improvement of process, product and quality.
Be responsible for effective production of employee at PG15, and ensure the jobs are completed by them in time.

3)      This position is reporting to Quality Manager

PRIMARY DUTIES

1)       To check raw materials and packing materials, and collect Certificates of Analysis (COA) of raw materials to ensure the qualification of the incoming materials meet the requirements.

2)       To test and adjust on-line finished products to ensure the qualification of finished goods meet the requirements.

3)       To input QC test data into the QC database and the SAP system

4)       To prepare COA and ensure the delivery test report meets the requirement.

5)       To save and maintain product retains to ensure the follow up of finished goods and raw material.

6)       To execute on-line inspections to ensure the manufacturing Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for finished goods are being followed.

7)       To arrange process card to ensure the integrity of quality record.

8)       To complete quarterly test for the internal instrument. 

9)       To fill out abnormal report when abnormal condition occurred and to coordinate with production and quality manager to look for the reasons.

10)    To pay attention to the safety and ensure the neatness, tidiness and safety of the working area and complete 5S jobs accordingly.

11)    To operate the equipment correctly, if any fault or default is exist, equipment should be prohibited to use and a report should be made.

12)    To complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

13)    Review over the past three months without any complaints from external customers.

14)    Independently complete training for new employees.

15)    Independently complete performance test for finished goods.
