Job Description

Role description:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Performance Adhesives Division's business to expand market share within Melbourne, country Victoria and southern New South Wales.

Which includes:

  • Develop adhesive business with new accounts and ensure retention of existing accounts
  • Develop appropriate tactics and strategies to grow territory revenues and profit margins
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, products and prices
  • Present monthly trend reports on your territory
  • Maintain CRM system
Required Experience
  • Experienced in following disciplined sales process
  • Great skills in transitioning across both “Hunter” and “Farmer” requirements
  • Background in B2B sales in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience within Food and Beverage will be highly regarded
  • A current drivers licence
  • Strong time management skills
  • Negotiation ability
  • Self starter – Effective self-management
  • Good written and oral communication skills
