Job Description
General Office Duties.
Handling/Franking of outgoing post.
Dealing with incoming post, scanning and redirecting to relevant recipient for actioning.
Dealing with telephone calls and incoming e-mails.
Maintaining sickness records.
Maintaining holiday records.
Updating data spreadsheets.
Ordering stationary and supplies for site.
Managing of franking machine and printers & liaise with suppliers.
Liaising and maintaining agency timesheets to forward on for payment.
Providing site HR support and maintaining new starter information.
Attending in-house training sessions.
Coordinating /collating overtime and exceptions in order to forward to payroll within dedicated timelines.
Liaise with accounts payable regarding payments and invoices.
SAP- Processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and approving invoices within appropriate authority levels.
Liaise with other departments or sites to resolve any issues.
Any other additional administrative duties to support the Dukinfield Site and the HBF commercial organisation
