Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Manager II, as the one voice to the customer, drives HBF’s commercial goals by anticipating and meeting the needs of the customer. Develops and owns a strategic plan for own accounts, and drives the execution of the plan through expert communication, coordination of activities and influence of indirect resources.

  • Deliver business plans in sales and margin.

  • Develop share growth at customers to meet metrics in Rigid Packaging Strategic accounts across Europe

  • A significant portion of the role is focused on growth (est. 25%)

  • Customers are operating in the following segments : packaging makers, end of the line packaging and beverages.

  • The selected candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of winning new business through discovering and meeting the needs of customers and is able to develop and navigate multi-functional relationships in large often global and complex organizations.

Requirements

• 4 year college degree, with a preference for technical/mechanical or marketing.

• Minimum of 6 years of industrial sales experience; could consider marketing or technical experience as an alternative.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

• Travel time depends on size/geography of the territory.
