Team Leader, Frankfort IL
The Team Lead reports to the Warehouse Manager and has sole responsibility for the shift operations of the facility material handling function (batch collecting, shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory management).
This individual will be involved in a variety of warehousing operational activities related to safety education and compliance, reducing operating costs, and improving service levels.
The Team Lead will manage the safe and efficient work flow for shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes and tasks.

-3+ years of experience in Warehouse, Shipping and/or Receiving within H.B. Fuller or equivalent or, five years of equivalent experience outside of H.B. Fuller
-Hazmat expert- will be handling Hazmat material
- Must be able to log into a computer, access company-based systems, perform basic data entry accurately and use an ERP system.
- Monitor company required 30,60, and 90 day cycle count requirements for timely completion
Ability to switch tasks depending on quickly changing business requirements
Ability to perform under limited supervision, with discretion and independent judgment
Knowledge of company organization, policies, and personnel
Experience performing audits for quality, regulatory, customer requirements
2 + year of experience with SAP Delivery processes
Employees are eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, insurance, 401k contribution, paid time off and paid holidays. This position may also qualify for medical reimbursement depending on the employee’s annual base salary. If qualified, H.B. Fuller will pay up to 100% of the employee’s medical premium. All employees also qualify for an annual cash bonus, based on business performance. Annual raises are rewarded based on company and individual performance.
