Join Our Team
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Industrial Master Mechanic to support and maintain our industrial chemical process operations. If you’re ready to work in a dynamic, safety-first environment with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and mechanical systems, we’d love to hear from you.
Core Daily Functions
Keep our mixers, pumps, motors, and other equipment in top shape with regularmaintenance.
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues during production.
Calibrate and maintain high-tech systems like PLCs and load cells.
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and keep things moving.
Stay organized by documenting your work and following safety procedures.
Jump in for emergency repairs or on-call support when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Familiarity with mixers, pumps, gearboxes, and material handling equipment.
Willingness to get a Minnesota boiler license
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
A safety-first mindset and a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Related degrees or certifications.
Skills in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLCs.
Physical Outlook
Able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and reach for extended periods
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
Comfortable operating fork trucks and scissor lifts
Capable of heavy wrench turning and manual tasks
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
