Position Overview
Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Operator I, where you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products that meet customer expectations. This entry-level position involves operating equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll work collaboratively in a dynamic environment that values safety, precision, and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare raw materials and packaging for production
Operate processing equipment per established procedures
Monitor equipment and maintain desired run rates
Perform initial product testing to verify specifications
Inspect labels and packaging for accuracy
Package finished products to meet quality standards
Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations
Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and follow work orders and safety guidelines
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

1 year experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Familiarity with basic English for instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
