Position Overview
Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Operator I, where you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products that meet customer expectations. This entry-level position involves operating equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll work collaboratively in a dynamic environment that values safety, precision, and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw materials and packaging for production

  • Operate processing equipment per established procedures

  • Monitor equipment and maintain desired run rates

  • Perform initial product testing to verify specifications

  • Inspect labels and packaging for accuracy

  • Package finished products to meet quality standards

  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations

  • Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and follow work orders and safety guidelines

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

  • 1 year experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting

  • Familiarity with basic English for instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
