Production Operator
Fridley, MN
12-hr Shifts: Day Shift (6am-6:30pm) and Night Shift Available (6pm-6:30am)
2-2-3 Schedule (Includes every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Position Overview
The Production Operator I supports safe and efficient manufacturing by completing entry-level production tasks under supervision. This role ensures materials, equipment, and finished goods meet quality and process standards. The position contributes to a team-focused environment while following all safety and operational procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and stage raw materials and packaging per work orders
Operate production equipment following defined procedures
Monitor equipment to maintain target production rates
Perform initial product testing to verify specifications
Inspect labels and packaging for accuracy and compliance
Package finished goods according to quality standards
Follow all EHS, quality, and operating procedures
Maintain clean and organized work areas; support team tasks
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
No prior experience required
Basic proficiency in MS Office programs
Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures
Ability to work scheduled shifts as assigned
Preferred Requirements
1+ year in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with workplace safety standards or training programs
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $23.50/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
