Operations Clerk

Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a detail-oriented Clerk I to support facility operations through administrative and clerical excellence. This role ensures smooth communication, onboarding, purchasing, and compliance processes. Flexible scheduling and part-time options are available.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including file management and report distribution
Coordinate onboarding tasks (SAP access, training programs)
Manage indirect purchasing and maintain expense tracking
Deliver and track safety, quality, and EHS training
Support internal and external audit preparation
Organize site events and maintain meeting room logistics
Lead community engagement initiatives (CAC)
Serve as backup for shipping clerk duties as needed
Support front office operations by overseeing entry access and buzzing in approved visitors
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years administrative experience
Proficient in organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Requirements
Previous work history is manufacturing setting
Experience with SAP systems
Familiarity with ISO audit processes
Knowledge of EHS and 5S practices
Event planning or coordination experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $20/hr - $24/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
