Position Title: Account Manager - Auto

Position Location: Guangzhou/Shenzhen, China

Position Overview
You will be responsible for the business development and strategy customer activities for Automotive market, i.e., automotive e-powertrain. You will identify customer needs, implement a business plan and achieve sales target. This position will report to OEM manager, and will be based in Guangzhou/Shenzhen

Primary Duties
1. Develop and implement business plans to ensure objectives and budgets are met.
2. Understand customer in depth, including product application, services requirements, procurement process and price structure.
3. Target customer development and drive profitable opportunity pipelines growth. Work with TS, PM and R&D to promote new product and coordinate test.

4. New market and application development
5. Collection for the sales forecast and payment plan with timely feedback.

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in automotive, chemical or other related disciplines.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, 3 years in Automotive industry.

3. Willing to learn, open-minded
4. Good self-management and can handle daily work independently.
5. Good communication skill, high initiatively and teamwork sprits.
6. Fluent English skills both in writing and speaking.
7. Ability to travel frequently.
