Account Manager, Medical

    Maintain, develop and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility.
    Identify and satisfy customers needs and provide value-added solutions so that new business can be gained, or lost ones recovered.
    Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers.
    Provide technical service, including troubleshooting and application training on-site to customers.
    Others (Special required) :Marketing and customers competitive information collect, analysis. 

    Manage key accounts to implement sales activity to meet personal budget by assessing customer needs, suggesting appropriate products and services, concluding sales orders.
    Define and coordinate the overall strategy at assigned accounts, focus on growing business in his/her own territory, actively seek out new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
    Negotiate price and contracts with key responsible customers, set up close relationship with key decision maker in key customers
    Prepare and submit reports as well as update target list in a timely manner.
    Effectively present company brand to customer, association in relative seminar & events
    Provide forecast customer demand, valuable information to production planner and R&D team
    Help to resolve customer complaints and claims
    Credit control and inventory control
    Others (Special required) :update by actual.

    Location: Hangzhou or other key cities in Zhejiang Province
    This position needs travel very often
    This position needs to work with customer service, planning, finance, logistics, marketing team, other sales colleagues for financial and operational activities
    High Pressure of monthly and yearly sales and collection budget/forecast delivery
    Compliance required
    Others (Special activities) :Key customer sales visiting report submit on time.
    Self-driven and goal-orientation.

    Education: Bachelor degree or above in polymer chemistry or other industry background,   Marketing and sales management   (or other majors)
        Working Experience:
    Over 3 year experience in    adhesive, chemical or medical    industry;
    Language: Good command of English in both oral and written
    Open and goal-oriented and good interpersonal skills
    Others (Special activities) :C1 driving license.
