Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams on HR technology projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with HR teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and track project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with HRIS, HRIA, HR and vendors to assess system capabilities and ensure alignment with business requirements.
HR Systems Expertise & Business Engagement
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify HR system features that can address their needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional project roadmaps that align with HR system capabilities.
- Partner with HRIS, HRIA and vendors to scope feasibility, timelines, and potential solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and business implications to senior stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
- Engage with HR, HRIS, HRIA, vendors, and business partners to ensure cross-functional alignment throughout project execution.
- Leverage the HR Technology User Experience team during the development process to gather user feedback.
- Support user adoption by developing training materials, communications, and rollout plans.
- Gather user feedback post-implementation and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure HR teams are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement & Data Insights
- Partner with HR teams to evaluate existing processes and recommend technology-driven optimizations.
- Support HR data analysis by leveraging system-generated reports to drive decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-4 years in HR systems, HR project management, or a related role.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver HR system-related projects.
- HR Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP) and an understanding of how they support HR functions.
- Process Improvement: Ability to analyze HR workflows and recommend technology-enabled enhancements.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with HR, IT, and vendors.
- Innovation: Understands and can articulate current trends in the HR technology market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a large enterprise or multi-national organization.
- Exposure to HR reporting and analytics tools.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
