Job Overview:
This position will be responsible for the business development and strategic customers activities for the ND south China market, especially Automotive OEM, electronics and fasteners group. To identify customer needs, communication with our pre-applied factory, implement business plan, make material spec-in, achieve sales target. This position will be based in Dongguan, Guangdong or Shenzhen.

Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain existing customers, coordinate internal resource to support the business development.
2. Develop new market, including fastener company and OEM end customers which may use our ND coating product. Make business strategy, boost the business in south of China.
3. Look for the new opportunities and drive profitable opportunity pipelines growth.
4. Work with factory, TS, PM and R&D to promote and develop product and process which follow the market and customer needs.
5. Collect the market information, copetitor's activities and join the sales activities positively.

Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemical, metal or material is preffered.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or BD. Fasternersr, automotive industry or electronics related working experience is preferred.
3. Good self-management and can arrange and handle daily work independently.
4. Good communication skills, high initiative and teamwork spirit.
5. Optimistic and proactive, good under pressure, willing to take on pioneering work.
6. Ability to travel frequently.
