Position Title: QC Engineer

Position Location: Taiwan

Position Overview:

品保工程師負責制定、執行與維護產品品質保證系統，確保產品符合公司與客戶的品質標準。透過製程監控、品質數據分析、異常處理與持續改善活動，提升產品品質穩定性並降低不良率。協助跨部門溝通與改善，確保品質問題能即時處理並防止再發。

Primary Duties:

1.建立與維護品質管理系統（如ISO 9001）

2.撰寫檢驗標準與SOP文件

3.監控製程品質，進行統計分析（如SPC、CPK）

4.處理客訴、執行8D報告與改善對策追蹤

5.主導品質異常調查與原因分析（使用工具如5Why、魚骨圖等）

6.供應商品質稽核與評鑑

7.支援內部與外部稽核作業

Minimum Requirement:

1.專科學歷

2.3年以上品保工作經驗

3.具備基本英文閱讀與報告撰寫能力

4.邏輯思考清晰，具備問題解決能力與跨部門溝通協調能力
