POSITION OVERVIEW
To develop new business for Electronic & Durable Assembling markets(including Industry, Filter, Textile, Maintenance ) in Southeast Asia. Identify market trend , develop and implement 5 years business plan for the identified market . Working together with sales team to growth business and deliver the budget.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Research on the market trend and develops and supports the strategy map / customer roadmaps and steers profitable growth. Supports Sales in new technologies / projects / products through deep understanding of product / market / technology / customer. Collaborate closely with Sales / TS /RD and Operation to develop the innovation solution, systematically execute project, and deliver expected financial target. Be creative and work with industry partner (OEM, co-supplier, association) to develop differentiated solutions Build expertise in target segment/application/technology and promote solution thru public seminar / tradeshow / specific customer event. Builds relevant customer / market relationships and attends and supports relevant events, exhibition, trade fairs. Prepare and submit the market report and action plan for new market.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 5+ years working experience for business development at Industry/ Filter/ Textile/ Maintenance fields;
- Well organized, process and data driven, producing accurate and timely reports.
- Analytical ability to develop business cases and analyze market data.
- Good communication skill with English and Chinese
- Ability to travel frequently.
