You will act as the key strategic liaison between market/customer needs, commercial sales, market communication, technology development, supply chain, operation, regulatory, etc. to promote commercial progress. And lead effort of defining strategic product technology and roadmap through market analysis and customer research, designing and executing plans to meet current and future customer/market needs.


  • Interact with customers, markets, partners and internal teams to define requirements, drive product selection/recommendation.
  • Identify new product opportunities and translate customer requirements into development requirements, collaborate with R&D to ensure development process, create marketing materials and sales tools for product launching.
  • Work closely with Sourcing, Finance and Commercial to design and implement value-added product pricing.
  • Execute product line and market analysis and develop platform level roadmap to improve company’s capability to address customer problem and unmet market needs.
  • Manage effective adjustment to cope with market and corporate changes.
  • Report timely development/progress to fulfill project and/or administrative needs.


  • Solid training/knowledge in science or engineering.
  • More than 5 years of fruitful experiences in industrial design or assembly process, with Adhesive/Coating application knowledge highly desirable.
  • Good information analysis capability and writing skills.
  • English communication is a must, more foreign languages skills highly plus.
  • Able and Willing to travel 50% of time to SEA countries and other global sites for internal/external customer interactions.
