  • Drive annual business results aligned with our strategic plan, focusing on sales, margin growth, and volume expansion.
  • Utilize value selling techniques and pricing strategies to maximize profitability for H.B. Fuller.
  • Grow and retain market share within key segments while meeting profit sales targets.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Independently manage technical demonstrations and problem-solving for customers.
  • Train and mentor entry-level sales professionals to ensure success within the team.
  • Deliver H.B. Fuller's value proposition tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Expertly promote and sell the latest H.B. Fuller products and technologies to enhance our market position as an innovative leader.

As part of our team, you'll also:

  • Provide valuable insights to customers by leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Anticipate and address current and future customer needs.
  • Actively manage activities to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Utilize sales processes and tools effectively, including Salesforce.com.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to position H.B. Fuller for success.
  • Implement business pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Manage resources effectively to align with business strategy and budget constraints.
  • Offer feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Adapt seamlessly to changing environments and maintain high levels of motivation and engagement.

In addition to your enthusiasm and drive, here's what we're looking for:

  • A 4-year college degree in a related field, preferably with a technical/mechanical, business, or chemistry background.
  • External experience: 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the specialty adhesives industry.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently.
