Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• You act as competent and professional HR Partner for supervisors and employees
• In day-to-day business, you support the HR Business Partners and the HR Manager in all administrative tasks (including creating employment contracts, certificates, hiring’s & exits, maintaining the personnel files and workday personnel information system, reporting, coordination & preparatory work for payroll)
• Independently you carry out administrative tasks in all areas of human resources administration, in recruitment, personnel development as well as company and collective old-age provision
• You are responsible for the preparatory payroll in cooperation with our external service provider and for the handling of correspondence as well as external examinations with the social insurance institutions

Required Skills

• After having completed a commercial apprenticeship and possibly additional training (eg. HR specialist), you have several years of experience in personnel administration
• very good, up-to-date knowledge of employment, collective bargaining and social security law
• You are familiar with MS Office, ideally also with P & I LOGA, SAP, workday
• Excellent communication, spoken and written as well as a fluently in English language are prerequisites because of our global corporate organization
• Thanks to your strong hands-on mentality, your experience and expertise, you are able to independently handle a wide variety of tasks and complex issues
