Position Title: Mix admin and staging operative

Position Overview

The Production staging operative will maintain the integrity of all kits on the extruder floor and in the Mix area, act as the point of contact for additional material requests, record and process these requests in SAP when due to wastage or issues, investigate material variances weekly with reports and corrective actions, and work with Field experts to ensure all SAP transactions meet production standards

Primary Responsibilities

This individual will be involved in a variety of SAP / Operations compliance activities including:

• Acceptance of Kits

• Inspection of kits to meet Production order.

• Issuing kits to production from the staging area.

• Booking and investigation into additional materials.

• Investigation into variances.

• Ensuring all SAP and operation transactions are completed will full compliance.

• Leading Weekly / Monthly stock takes / cycle counts in the designated Production area.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years working in a fast-paced production environment with SAP.

• Stores and SAP expertise.

• Good analytical mindset and Problem-solving skills.

• Excellent Teamworking Approach

• Great communication skills – Fluent in English both written and oral.

• The role requires the staging Operative to be dynamic and will be on their feet for 70% of the working day.

• The staging Operative will need to be proficient in the use of Powered Walk behind vehicles.

• The staging operative will need to be trained in Manual handling techniques

Preferred Requirements

• Formal SAP qualification.

• A Minimum of 5 Years working practical knowledge of SAP and experience of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Powered walk behind truck licenses.

• Excellent Microsoft office experience and skills.

Physical Environment:

• 70% standing

• Manual Handling ctivities will be frequent

• Computer work 30%

• Hot working environment.
