Position Title: QC Technician

Location: Lymington, Hampshire, UK Onsite

Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday (Preferred, some flexibility possible).

Position Overview

The QC Technician reports to the Quality Manager and their role is to support the Quality Manager with administrative tasks. The QC support will also work with the QA Technician in performing the quality tests on the mix samples and supporting the quality checking of items from the extruder floor. Work with the Technical Team to run analytical quality testing. Training will also be provided on SAP for Quality transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Testing and releasing of all products to ensure smooth downstream transactions.

  • Generating and maintaining Narratives and Production labels.

  • Perform all required SAP quality related transactions in a timely and accurate manner to ensure smooth transition downstream.

  • Support both Mix manufacturing and Extrusion production in all quality related queries.

  • Supporting the Technical Team run analytical quality tests.

Minimum Requirements

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and takes ownership of tasks.

  • GCSE’s/A-Levels A–C Grade (English, Maths, Science - preferred)

  • Great communication skills – Fluent in English both written and oral

  • Good analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience and skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Quality and SAP experience

  • Experience working in a practical manufacturing environment

  • Quality Assurance/Control experience
