PRIMARY DUTIES
Operational SAP support and compliance
Act as the shopfloor point of contact for SAP-related production queries across Extrusion and Mix.
Ensure production execution transactions are completed correctly and on time
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to operators and field experts, resolving issues and preventing repeat errors.
Maintain discipline between physical stock movements and SAP movements, escalating gaps and driving corrective actions.
Process analysis and mapping
Understand and document current production and material flow processes
Identify bottlenecks, failure points, and waste drivers.
Translate process findings into practical improvements that work on the shopfloor.
Variance investigation and root cause
Investigate material variances, additional material usage, and losses with field experts and support teams.
Produce simple weekly/monthly variance insights and lead actions to close gaps.
Drive root cause and corrective action discipline, ensuring improvements are implemented and sustained.
Continuous improvement initiatives
Lead or support improvement activities to strengthen productivity, compliance, and stock integrity.
Implement “keep it simple” Lean-style improvements: standard work, visual controls, checklists, quick audits, and training refreshers.
Encourage improvement ideas from operators and field experts and support implementation with clear ownership and follow-up.
Training, documentation, and adoption
Create and maintain shopfloor-friendly SOPs, guides, and quick reference sheets for key SAP transactions and processes.
Train and coach selected field experts / super users to raise capability and reduce reliance on one person.
Deliver refresher training where repeat errors appear, and track training completion where required.
Stock control support
Coordinate or lead weekly/monthly stock takes and cycle counts in production areas.
Support improvements in stock accuracy by tightening process controls and SAP compliance in the production environment.

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 5 years working in a fast-paced production environment with SAP.
Production and SAP expertise.
Good analytical mindset and Problem-solving skills.
Excellent Teamworking Approach

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Formal SAP qualification.
A Minimum of 5 Years working practical knowledge of SAP and experience of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent Microsoft office experience and skills.
50% standing
