Production Operator
Maple Grove, MN
Second Shift: Monday- Friday 2:00p - 10:00p
Pay: $23.50/hr with $1.00 shift differential for eligible shifts
The Production Operator supports safe and efficient manufacturing by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished products. This role follows established procedures to maintain quality standards and ensure consistent production flow. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and packaging per work instructions
- Transport materials to designated production areas
- Operate processing equipment following procedures
- Monitor equipment to maintain target run rates
- Conduct basic product testing to verify specifications
- Verify labels and packaging for accuracy
- Package finished goods according to quality standards
- Maintain housekeeping and follow all EHS guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and procedures
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to work required shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing, bending, and reaching
Preferred Requirements
- One year of experience in an industrial environment
- Basic English comprehension
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. with assistance
- Comfort working in typical chemical manufacturing conditions
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $23.50/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
