Production Operator
Mesquite, TX / On-Site

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring product quality. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw materials and packaging per production requirements

  • Operate processing equipment following instructions and procedures

  • Monitor equipment and maintain optimal run rates

  • Conduct initial product testing to ensure specification compliance

  • Verify labeling and packaging materials for accuracy

  • Package final products to meet quality standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality protocols

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • No prior experience required

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)

  • Ability to read and follow work orders and safety instructions

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts

Preferred Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting

  • Basic English comprehension

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)

  • Comfortable working in environments with temperature, dust, and noise variations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $22.00-$25.00.
