Lab Technician II

Position Overview
The Lab Technician II supports laboratory testing, product verification, and research activities across R&D and cross-functional teams. This role conducts complex experiments with minimal supervision and ensures high-quality data to advance product development. The technician helps maintain lab equipment, documentation, and safety standards to support operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures
Support new product verification through testing and data reporting
Record, analyze, and communicate test results accurately
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
Perform equipment troubleshooting and coordinate repairs
Assist with experimental design and process optimization
Support investigations related to product performance or customer feedback
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
Minimum Requirements
Education: Associate degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field
Experience: 4–6 years in a laboratory, R&D, or technical support environment
Skills: Proficiency with lab equipment and data documentation
Skills: Ability to follow standardized procedures and manage multiple tasks
Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the country of employment
Preferred Requirements
Experience with polymer, adhesive, or materials testing
Experience supporting NPI or product development activities
Skills in basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Skills in cross-functional communication and collaboration
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $22.61 - $28.26/hr based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
