Position Overview:

H.B. Fuller is a leading global adhesives provider dedicated to perfecting adhesives, sealants, and specialty chemical products that enhance products and improve lives. We are currently seeking aLine Worker (Production Helper)at ourMichigan Center, MIfacility. This role supports our production operations by packaging materials, inspecting finished goods, and assisting with staging and changeovers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate packaging equipment and feed materials into production bowls as directed by the Shift Manager

  • Inspect finished goods for damage or foreign materials before packaging

  • Accurately count and package parts, apply labels neatly, and follow staging procedures

  • Support changeovers by removing old packaging materials and assisting Equipment Technicians

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including general housekeeping and adherence to all PPE and safety protocols

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong math, reading, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work physically demanding shifts, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs with assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift proficiency (formal training will be provided)

  • Flexibility to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed

  • Willingness to assist other lines and perform additional duties during downtime

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $18-$19 per hour.
