Warehouse Supervisor
Michigan Center, MI
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6AM to 3:30PM, with occasional overtime and averaging one rotating weekend per month.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor supports daily warehouse, production, and distribution operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output. This role drives performance in shipping, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and team engagement. The supervisor collaborates with plant leadership to meet annual operational goals and maintain consistent process standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality and on‑time delivery targets.
Lead shift meetings focused on safety, quality, and housekeeping.
Identify and resolve issues using structured problem‑solving methods.
Manage inventory accuracy and audit ERP transactions.
Support employee development and team performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and manage corrective actions.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Contribute to site safety, quality, and 5S initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma/equivalent + 3 years warehouse experience, or bachelor’s degree.
2+ years supervisory experience.
Ability to work in a plant environment and lift 40 lbs.
Proficiency with basic math and MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in shipping/receiving and Hazmat handling.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
Familiarity with process improvement tools.
Adhesives or chemical industry experience.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000/yr based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
