- Daily processing of UK orders in SAP, booking in and logging of the orders to be sent out same day.
- Provide cover for the Warehouse/Transport Manager for any planned or unplanned absence.
- Processing booking and sending out all samples on DHL.
- Preparation of documents from SAP for shipment of goods both domestic and export.
- Managing 6501 warehouse within SAP.
- Handling any logistics related complaints from Partners or Customers.
- Contacting haulers and customers with details about shipments and making sure that deliveries get sent out and delivered on time.
- Booking and arranging loads based on pick lists that come through from sales. Learning how many pallets on a load and the weights that need to be on the load.
- Communicating with customer service with what loads are coming up and help adjusting orders.
- Solving problems with missing quantities in raw materials or finished goods.
- Help keep stock tidy, moving to ensure safety and ease of access is available.
- Assisting warehouse team with any questions or queries related to SAP.
- Cycle counting stock to ensure the correct quantities in locations.
- Cycle counting Fenos stock in Unit 33 and reporting stock levels to relevant parties.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITY
Although there is no direct budgetary authority, recommendations and actions impact major activities and can have a significant impact on company performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
- Confident SAP user, particularly MRP.
- IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate at all levels and across different functions i.e. Production, Procurement, Customer Services etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal management if required
- Good team worker who will willingly support the entire planning team and cover other roles due to holidays and absence
- Exceptional attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Further education qualification in a relevant discipline preferred
- Have previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment that uses a wide variety of raw materials and produces a large range of finished products
- An understanding of Operational, Supply Chain and Distribution Processes
