Logistics Clerk
Vadnais Heights, MN
Monday - Friday 1st Shift - 8am to 4:30pm
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Logistics Clerk III to support warehouse operations and 3PL performance at our Willow Lake location. This role ensures accurate inventory, timely shipments, and continuous process improvement. The position collaborates cross-functionally to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain 3PL warehouse shipping performance to meet SIFOT standards
Oversee inventory accuracy and reconciliation
Monitor and report on 3PL performance metrics
Manage exceptions for delayed or uncovered shipments
Communicate critical logistics issues to Warehouse Manager
Recommend process improvements based on data analysis
Partner with Customer Service to support sales goals
Provide backup support for logistics team initiatives
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Effective communication across teams and levels
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Preferred Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
SAP system experience
Knowledge of transportation modes and strategy
Experience with 3PL warehousing and vendor performance management
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $24.60/hr to $27.43/hr depending on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
