The Senior Financial Analyst will support corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. This role is critical in delivering insights to senior leadership through financial modeling, performance tracking, and reporting. The analyst will also support financial systems, process improvements, and M&A integration efforts across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop financial models to support decision-making.
- Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly outlook processes, including deliverables and communication with finance partners.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting decks for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
- Develop standardized management reporting tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with finance systems teams to improve reporting processes and tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems such as OneStream and Business Intelligence.
- Lead or support OneStream implementation projects and provide training to users.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support M&A integration, including synergy tracking and post-deal performance evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Prior experience in a Corporate FP&A role within a multinational organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High proficiency in financial systems such as Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, and BI tools.
- Experience with management information systems and financial planning processes.
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- CPA or CMA designation.
- Project management experience, especially in system/process improvement.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese preferred).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $105,000 - $137,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
