Position: Sr. Sourcing Specialist
Location: St. Paul, MN or Aurora, Illinois (hybrid work onsite and home)
The Sr. Sourcing Specialist role includes assurance of supply, superior cost management and uncompromising stewardship in support of our internal & external customers. They will have system responsibility including, but not limited to, price updates, invoice discrepancy resolution, and vendor registration.
The Sr. Sourcing Specialist will have additional support responsibilities to include a variety of project-related work and daily management tasks related to material sourcing, usage tracking and forecasting and price reconciliation. This person may also source their own materials ensuring total best value and supply assurance. Focus will be predominantly on day-to-day activities, but with an eye for improving the way work is done (e.g., system improvements).
- Lead sourcing strategy development
- Ensuring total best value, supply assurance and drive optimal TCO
- System responsibility including price updates, invoice discrepancy resolution, and vendor registration.
- Lead projects on material sourcing, usage tracking and forecasting and price reconciliation.
- Consistently improve processes
- Uncompromised stewardship in support of our internal & external customers

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other
- 3+ years of experience in direct sourcing or Supply Chain functions
- Proficient in S&OP/ERP/Payment systems
- Demonstrated strong desire and innate capability to learn
- Advanced problem-solving and learning capabilities
- Advanced verbal and writing communication skills
