Position Title: Treasury Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN
Department: Corporate Finance – Treasury
Position Overview
The Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in supporting global treasury operations, ensuring financial control, liquidity optimization, and risk management across H.B. Fuller’s global footprint. Reporting directly to the Senior Treasury Manager, this position focuses on daily cash operations, foreign exchange activity, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform daily global cash positioning, funding, and short-term cash forecasting.
Manage intercompany loan settlements and support global bank account administration.
Execute FX spot and forward trades; prepare related accounting entries.
Monitor foreign currency exposures and support compliance with FX risk policies.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of liquidity reporting and banking transactions.
Collaborate with regional treasury centers to assess FX exposure changes and market impact.
Support onboarding and tracking for supplier finance program participants.
Assist with treasury-related compliance, audit requests, and SEC documentation.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including system upgrades and data automation.
Support M&A treasury activities, including due diligence and post-close integration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate treasury or finance.
Strong understanding of FX instruments (e.g., spot, forwards, swaps).
Experience with Microsoft Excel and large data set analysis.
Familiarity with treasury systems such as SAP, FXALL, Kyriba, or Chatham Direct (preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
Experience working across departments in a matrixed or global environment.
Preferred Requirements
MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
Experience in a publicly traded or multinational corporation.
Background in managing FX exposures in global markets.
Exposure to supplier finance or treasury transformation initiatives.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $70,000-90,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
