Primary Responsibilities
Field Safety & Compliance (Core Focus)
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety and health requirements
- Enforce proper use of PPE and safety controls
- Provide basic guidance to operators on safety practices and signage
Inspections & Monitoring
- Conduct routine inspections including ladders, fall protection equipment, forklifts, and fire extinguishers
- Maintain inspection records and report findings
Waste Management
- Support handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with Mexican regulations
Emergency Response
- Act as an active member of Emergency Response Brigades
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities
Permits & Administrative Support
- Assist with verification of routine work permits (e.g., Work at Heights, Hot Work)
- Provide general administrative support for EHS processes and documentation
Training & Development
- Participate in technical training to build knowledge of company EHS standards
- Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Certification in Emergency Brigade training
- Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of safety practices and regulations
Preferred Requirements
- Intermediate English proficiency
